摘 要:
为探讨兰茂牛肝菌(Lanmaoa asiatica)含药血清对小鼠脾淋巴细胞的影响,采集连续30d灌胃给予该菌子实体水提物(4g/kg)的小鼠含药血清,通过脾淋巴细胞体外增殖实验和流式细胞术检测含药血清(5%、10%和20%)对小鼠脾淋巴细胞免疫功能的调节作用。结果表明:兰茂牛肝菌含药血清可明显提高小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力,提高T(CD~(3+))、B(CD~(19+))细胞比例,同时可促进T细胞亚群辅助性T细胞(Th,CD~(3+)CD~(4+))与细胞毒性T细胞(Tc,CD~(3+)CD~(8+))生成,并可上调上述T细胞及T细胞亚群内抗原非特异性共刺激分子CD28的表达,提高T细胞活化程度。因此兰茂牛肝菌含药血清可通过增强以T、B细胞为代表的适应性免疫功能,对机体免疫系统产生潜在的正向调节作用。

摘 要:
Blood serum from mice administrated with water extracts of Lanmaoaasiatica(4 g/kg)for 30 days was collected to investigate its immune-regulating effects.Different concentrations of L.asiatica treated mice serum(5%,10%,20%) were incubated with normal splenocytes and then analyzed for cell proliferation by flow cytometry. The results showed that the L.asiatica extract-containing serum significantly promoted the proliferation of splenocytes and increased the proportion of T(CD~(3+))and B(CD~(19+))cells in lymphocytes.It also promoted the generation of helper T cell(Th,CD~(3+)CD~(4+))and cytotoxic T cell(Tc,CD~(3+)CD~(8+))and up-regulated the expression of nonspecific co-stimulatory molecules CD28 on T cells and T cell subsets,thereby improving the activity of T cells.These results suggested that L.asiaticais was able to positively regulate a host's immune system by enhancing the T and B cells mediated adaptive immune function.
