石灰对重金属铅影响玉米生理生化作用的抑制效应研究

摘  要:
采用盆栽试验,研究在土壤重金属铅污染条件下,施用石灰对重金属铅影响玉米生理生化作用的抑制效应。结果表明,随着单一铅污染浓度的增加,玉米叶片中叶绿素含量降低,光合速率下降,光合作用减弱。经改良剂处理后,降低了铅的胁迫,有利于有机质与铅形成难溶性的络合物,玉米叶绿素的含量增多,光合速率升高,促进了玉米生长发育。

摘  要:
Using potted trial,under the condition of soil polluted by heavy metal lead,lime ameliorant restrainable effects were analyzed to heavy metal lead impaction on maize physiological and biochemical actions.The results showed that,chlorophyllous content in maize leaves debases,photosynthetic rate descends,photosynthesis weaken,when single lead pollution concentration increases.After soil was disposed by lime ameliorant,lead stress actions debase,it was propitious to make difficult dissolved complex compound made from organic matter and lead,maize chlorophyllous content increases,photosynthetic rate heightens,maize growth was developed.
