甘肃省2004—2012年毒蘑菇中毒事件分析

摘  要:
目的:分析甘肃省毒蘑菇中毒事件发生特点,为预防毒蘑菇中毒事件的发生提供依据。方法:对甘肃省2004—2012年发生的8起毒蘑菇中毒事件进行描述性流行病学分析。结果:甘肃省毒蘑菇中毒事件主要发生在8月份,其次为7月和9月;主要发生地区是陇南地区,地点以家庭聚集性为主,中毒人群主要是当地农民,原因是食用自采摘野生毒蘑菇引起。结论:应提高毒蘑菇中毒预防干预工作的时效性,加强宣教工作的针对性,教育农民不要随便采摘食用野生蘑菇。

摘  要:
【Objective】To analyze characteristics of poisonous mushroom poisoning in Gansu province,and provide the basis for preventing the happening of poisonous mushroom poisoning.【Method】The data of eight poisonous mushroom poisoning in Gansu province from 2004 to 2012 were used for descriptive epidemiological analysis.【Result】 The poisonous mushroom poisoning mainly occurred in August,followed by July and September in Gansu,and mainly occurred in the Longnan area,where locations were given priority to family aggregation,local farmers occurred in mainly poisoning crowd,whcch were caused by picking and consuming wild poisonous mushrooms.【Conclusion】We should strengthen propaganda interventions to prevent mushroom poisoning,and educate farmers not to pick wild mushrooms.
