为了解山西有毒蘑菇资源,研究采用形态学特征和DNA-ITS分子方法,在山西南部中条山地区栎树林内发现并确认了黄盖鹅膏菌Amanita subjunquillea的分布。黄盖鹅膏菌是一种剧毒蘑菇,为山西省首次发现。

摘  要：
To understand the resources of toxic mushrooms in Shanxi province, the distribution of Amanita subjunquillea was found and confirmed in Quercus sp. dominant forest in Zhongtiao Mountain Area of southern Shanxi province by morphological characteristics and DNA-ITS molecular method. Amanita subjunquillea is a kind of highly poisonous mushroom, which was discovered for the first time in Shanxi province.
