抗褐飞虱和抗除草剂转基因粳稻新品系的选育及其中间试验

摘  要:
利用根癌农杆菌介导法,将位于同一双元载体pCUGNA-BAR上的GNA基因和Bar基因导入粳稻品种广陵香粳,获得了转基因品系。经PCR扩增检测和Southern杂交分析证明GNA基因已整合到转化植株的基因组中。在转化后代中选育了一个表现优异的转基因水稻新品系3015-1-1进行中间试验,田间农艺性状调查发现该品系3015-1-1基本保持了未转化对照优良的农艺特性。抗虫和抗除草剂试验表明,3015-1-1对褐飞虱的蜜露排泄量和繁殖率具有显著的抑制作用,对除草剂Basta有明显抗性。

摘  要:
Both GNA and Bar genes,located at the same binary vector pCUGNA-BAR,were introduced into a japonica rice variety Guanglingxiangjing by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation.Several transgenic rice plants were regenerated,and the GNA gene was integrated into the genome of transgenic plants confirmed by PCR and Southern blotting analyses.In the field trial,the selected homozygous transgenic rice line 3015-1-1 preserved advanced agronomic traits of its non-transformed wild type.The resistance to insect and herbicide were carefully analyzed,the results showed that the transgenic rice line 3015-1-1 showed significant inhibition to honeydew excretion and fecundity of brown planthopper,and high resistance to the herbicide Basta.
