藏绵羊对高原低氧环境的适应性及抗病性相关基因研究进展

摘  要:
动物机体在没有氧的情况下就无法进行新陈代谢和维持生命。缺氧严重影响着动植物的生存与发展,许多疾病如心血管疾病、高血压和心肌肥大等都与组织供氧不足有着密切的关系。藏绵羊长期生长于氧分压低的高原环境中,不仅对低氧环境具有良好的适应能力,并具有较强的抗病力。本文就此综述了近年来藏绵羊对低氧环境适应性及其抗病性相关基因的研究进展。

摘  要:
All livings cannot undergo processes of metabolism and sustain life in absence of oxygen.Hypoxia could seriously influence the survival and development of plants and animals,many diseases such as cardiovascular disease,hypertension and myocardial hypertrophy were closely related to insufficient oxygen.Tibetan sheep grows in low oxygen partial pressure environment in the plateau environment,not only can well adapt to survival and reproduction,but also with strong disease resistance.This paper reviewed the progress of the recent Tibetan sheep adaptability to hypoxia and disease-related genes.
