刺梨花药愈伤组织培养过程中生理生化特性研究

摘  要:
在刺梨花药愈伤组织增殖过程中,在0~5 d,愈伤组织干重、可溶性糖、可溶性淀粉、可溶性蛋白质、核酸的含量增加缓慢;5~15 d,愈伤组织干重、可溶性糖、可溶性淀粉、可溶性蛋白质、核酸的含量迅速增加,在20 d,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、核酸的含量达到最高;5 d以后,它们的含量逐渐减少。结果表明:4种重要物质的变化趋势和愈伤组织生长周期曲线基本一致,因此,刺梨花药愈伤组织培养最佳的继代周期为20~25 d。

摘  要:
In the progress of anther callus growth from Rose roxburghii Tratt cv.,during 0~5 d of cell growth,the dried weight of callus,the content of soluble sugar,soluble starch,soluble protein and nucleic acid increased slowly.During 5~15 d of cell growth,the dried weight of callus,the content of soluble sugar,soluble starch,soluble protein and nucleic acid ascended quickly,at 20 d,the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and nucleic reached to the peak.After 25 d,Their concent decreased gradually.The change trend of the four substance was consistent with the curve of callus growth cycle,which showed the best subculture cycle of anther callus culture of the Rose roxburghii Tratt cv.was 20~25d.
