青岛市大学生维生素A摄入情况及与视疲劳的相关性

摘  要:
目的:了解青岛市大学生维生素A摄入水平及与视疲劳的关系.方法:通过3d膳食回顾法调查428名在校大学生的饮食状况、用眼卫生等.结果:BMI、家庭人均月收入、月生活费、睡眠时间和慢性消化系统疾病与大学生维生素A摄入量有关(P <0. 05);性别、专业、食欲、锻炼时间与大学生维生素A摄入量无明显相关(P>0. 05);视疲劳眼部症状检出率为76. 2%,眼睛酸胀(46. 3%)和视力下降(39. 7%)的发生率较高,其中眼睛酸胀的发生率女生显著高于男生(P <0. 05);平均日荧屏光暴露(OR=1. 635)、不良用眼习惯(OR=3. 369)是视疲劳的危险因素,户外活动(OR=0. 062)及维生素A摄入(OR=0. 350)是视疲劳的保护因素.结论:在校大学生膳食维生素A的摄入量较低,大学生视疲劳检出率较高,应该减少电子产品的使用时间,增加户外活动和富含维生素A食物的摄入量.

摘  要:
Objective To understand the relationship between vitamin A intake and visual fatigue in college students in Qingdao city.Method The dietary status and eye hygiene of 428 college students were investigated through a 3-day dietary review. Result BMI,monthly household income,monthly living expenses,sleep time and chronic digestive diseases were related to the intake of vitamin A in college students(P < 0. 05). Gender,specialty,appetite,exercise time and vitamin A intake of college students were not obvious(P > 0. 05).The detection rate of visual fatigue eye symptoms was 76. 2%,the incidence of eye soreness(46. 3%) and visual acuity(39. 7%) was higher,and the incidence of eye soreness in girls was significantly higher than that in male students(P < 0. 05). Average daily screen exposure(OR = 1. 635),poor eye habits(OR = 3. 369) were risk factors for visual fatigue,outdoor activities(OR = 0. 062) and vitamin A intake(OR = 0. 350)) were protective factor for visual fatigue. Conclusion The intake of dietary vitamin A in college students is low,and the detection rate of college students' visual fatigue is high. It should reduce the use time of electronic products and increase the intake of outdoor activities and foods rich in vitamin A.
