摘  要：
韩国在近岸渔业生产发展过程中积累了大量先进的经验,在渔业产业制度、法律建设等方面有一定优势。中国近岸渔业产业的现状与韩国当时的状况有一定的相似之处。本文通过文献分析法,分析了韩国海洋捕捞中渔具渔法分类和不同渔具渔法的管理规定。研究结果可为中国与韩国进行渔业合作和谈判提供基础性资料,也可为我国近海渔具管理政策的制定提供参考。

摘  要：
There are a lot of advanced experience of inshore fishery in Korea,especially in the system of fishery industry and legal construction. The present status of China inshore fishery is similar to that of Korea.Through literature analysis,inshore fishing situation,classification of fishing gear and admittance rules of Korea are researched. The results can provide basic data on China-Korea cooperation and talks,and also help to make inshore fishing gear management policy for China.
