莲叶体外发酵指标测定

摘  要:
试验旨在研究莲叶在锦江黄牛体外发酵情况,采用体外培养法测定产气量、p H值、氨态氮、BCP、VFA、干物质消化率及用常规法测定莲叶各营养成分。结果表明:莲叶干物质消化率达59.13%,具有较高饲用价值;莲叶能提高瘤胃发酵功能,促进瘤胃微生物蛋白质合成和瘤胃;挥发性脂肪酸的产生,促进瘤胃丙酸型发酵。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to study the condition of lotus leaf in vitro fermentation inJinjiang cow, determinated the gas production, p H, NH3-N, BCP, VFA, dry matter digestibility withculture method in vitro and determinated the composition of each nutrient of lotus leaf for conventionalmethod. The results show that: the lotus leaf dry matter digestion rate was 59.13%, had high feedingvalue. The function of the promoting of rumen fermentation, the rumen microbial protein synthesis, theproduction of rumen volatile fatty acid and the fermentation type of rumen propionic acid were im-proved by lotus leaf.
