淮南麻黄鸡30周龄蛋品质性状相关分析

摘  要:
对526个淮南麻黄鸡鸡蛋进行了蛋品质测定,并对其进行了相关性分析。结果表明:淮南麻黄鸡30周龄平均蛋重为(43.49±2.79)g、蛋形指数为1.28±0.05、蛋壳厚度为(0.42±0.03)mm、蛋壳强度为(4.75±0.80)kg/cm2、蛋黄色泽为5.91±1.66、哈氏单位为85.06±5.29、蛋黄比率为31.65%±2.76%。蛋壳颜色以粉色为主,所占比例为69.0%。不同蛋壳颜色的鸡蛋蛋品质之间差异不显著。相关分析表明:蛋重与蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度与蛋壳强度、蛋黄色泽与哈氏单位、哈氏单位与蛋黄比率之间呈极显著相关(P<0.01),蛋重与蛋壳厚度呈显著相关(P<0.05)。总体而言,淮南麻黄鸡有较好的蛋品质,在今后蛋品质遗传改良中,应该以提高蛋重为主,并考虑其他指标的相关性。

摘  要:
Egg quality traits of 526 Huainan partridge chicken eggs were measured and correlated analysis was conducted. The results showed that, the values and its standard deviation of average egg weight, egg-shape index, shell thickness, shell strength, yolk color, Haugh unit, percentage of yolk were (43.49±2.79) g, 1.28 ± 0.05, (0.42 ± 0.03) mm, (4.75 ± 0.80) kg/cm 2 , 5.91 ± 1.66, 85.06 ± 5.29 and (31.65% ± 2.76%), respectively. The main color of shell color was pink and had a percent of 69.0. There was no difference on egg quality traits between different shell colors. There were significant correlation between egg weight and shell strength, shell thickness and shell strength, yolk color and Haugh unit, Haugh unit and percentage of yolk (P<0.01). The egg weight presented a significant correlation with shell thickness (P<0.05). This study suggested that eggs of Huainan partridge chicken had high quality and egg weight should be increased for genetic improvement of egg quality in future, considering the correlation between other egg quality traits.
