摘  要:
通过光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜研究蛇鮈精子的形态学结构。结果表明,在光学显微镜下,蛇鮈精子主要分为头部和尾部,头长为(3.15±0.44)μm,尾长为(37.34±2.24)μm,尾长约为头长的12倍。在透射电子显微镜下可观察到蛇鮈精子由头部、中片和尾部3部分组成,头部无顶体,细胞核呈椭圆形,核内为致密物质,内有较大的核空隙。细胞膜与核膜之间几乎无空隙,后端具有较浅的植入窝,深度约占细胞核体积的1/6,植入窝内包含有中心粒复合体,其近端中心粒与远端中心粒呈"L"型。尾部可见轴丝为典型的"9+2"结构。尾部周围具有侧鳍,近核端具有囊泡鞘结构。研究认为,蛇鮈精子的结构符合体外受精鱼类对精子结构的要求,具有硬骨鱼类精子结构的普遍特点,但又具有一定的特异性。

摘  要:
Spermatozoon morphology of Saurogobio dabryi was studied using optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results indicated that the sperm of Saurogobio dabryi was divided into head, midpiece and flagellum. Under optical microscope, the length of sperm head was(3.15±0.44) μm, and the flagellum length was(37.34±2.24) μm, 12 times as the head length. Under the transmission electron microscope, Saurogobio dabryi sperm was composed of head, midpiece, and flagellum. We could not observe the acrosome in the head. The nucleus was oval-shaped, and had large density materials inside. There was a large nuclear vesicle inside the nucleus, no gap was observed between plasma membrane and nuclear membrane, and a shallow implantation fossa at the central end of nucleus, with a depth about 1/6 of the total nuclear diameter. In the implantation fossa, there was a centriolar complex, and proximal and distal centriole with a "L" type. The flagellum could be clearly observed, with a typical "9+2" structure. The lateral fins were near the flagellum, and the vesicle sheath was near the nuclear side. The conclusion was that the structure of Saurogobio Dabryi spermatozoon could meet the structure demand for spermatozoon in external fertilization fishes, had the common characteristics of Osteichthyes spermatozoon, and certain of specificities.
