高温胁迫下氮素营养对小麦叶片原初光能转化特性的影响

摘  要:
研究了42℃高温胁迫下用外源氮素处理的小麦叶片中原初光能转化指标的变化,结果表明:高温胁迫过程中随着外源氮素浓度的增加,叶绿素含量、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、ФPSⅡ及NPQ表现出不同程度的升高,Fo呈现下降的趋势,说明氮素营养可以通过热耗散维持光系统Ⅱ的最佳光能转化效率,从而提高叶片对高温逆境的适应能力。

摘  要:
The index changes of primary conversion of light energy of wheat leaf treated with nitrate under 42?℃ high-temperature stress were studied.The results showed that chlorophyll content,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,ФPS Ⅱ and NPQ were enhanced respectively,and also,and Fo declined when the concentration of nitrate were increased during the high-temperature stress.This indicated that nitrate nutrition could manage optimum conversion efficiency of light energy of photosystem II by means of thermal dissipation,and then,promote the adaptation of wheat leaves to high temperature.
