基于单片机的农药喷洒机械自动调平系统设计

摘  要:
设计一套基于单片机STC89C51的农药喷洒机械自动调平控制系统,使安装在机械车上的农药喷洒装置在不平整的农田或山地作业时,始终能水平地喷洒农药。系统采用倾角传感器进行倾斜检测,再经单片机控制电路,最终由三位四通电磁换向阀控制液压缸完成自动调平。该系统对提高农药的利用率、降低农作物生产成本起着积极地推动作用。

摘  要:
The Automatic Leveling control system of pesticide spraying machine was designed based on STC89C51,which can make the pesticide spraying machine spray pesticide horizontally,when it works in uneven farmland or mountainous region especially.The tilt angle sensor was utilized to detect signal,then STC89C51 control circuit was used to analyze signal,finally hydraulic cylinder was control by ordinary three four-way electromagnetic directional valves to complete automatic leveling.The design plays a significant role to improve the utilization rate of pesticide and reduce the cost of crop production.
