基于单片机PWM变量农药喷洒控制系统的研究

摘  要:
针对目前农药变量喷洒技术缺乏的情况,开发了一种农药变量喷洒的控制系统。以往的农药变量喷洒控制系统大部分是利用读取流量传感器的值,然后通过调节拖拉机速度或者水压来控制喷头流量大小,进而达到在喷洒过程中单位面积的量相等。而本套控制系统是通过试验将PWM和速度通过公式整合起来,然后通过霍尔传感器来采集拖拉机速度来自动调节PWM的值,保证了单位面积内喷洒量的相同,从而达到变量喷洒、均匀喷洒的效果。

摘  要:
Under the background of the insufficiency of high accurate spraying technology,one new PWM variable pesticide spraying control system was developed.Before,we can obtain the value of flow by the flow sensing,then adjusting the flow by changing the speed of tractor or the water pressure,using this method we can obtain the same flow on unit area.But now,the flow can be control by the number of PWM which has something to do with the rate of tractor.We can attain the result about variable and uniformity pesticide spraying.
