木薯粉液化滤液发酵产柠檬酸的条件优化

摘  要:
为探索木薯粉液化滤液高效率发酵产柠檬酸的最佳工艺条件,以木薯粉液化滤液为原料,采用单因素试验!响应曲面法设计试验和分析,研究硝酸铵!甲醇和温度对柠檬酸摇瓶发酵的影响,以柠檬酸产量为响应值,对最佳工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,在NH4NO3添加量为2.3g/L!甲醇添加量为1.4g/L!发酵温度35℃的条件下,柠檬酸浓度为107.6g/L。该方法具有较高的可行性。

摘  要:
A single-factor experiment and response surface methodology(RSM)based on a three-factor Box-Behnken design of experiments was used to optimize citric acid fermentation conditions with cassava liquefaction filtrate.Three factors selected for the investigation were ammonium nitrate,methanol and temperature.The optimal conditions were obtained as ammonium nitrate 2.3g/L,methanol 1.4g/L and temperature 35℃.Under the proposed conditions,citric acid yield reached 107.6g/L.This method was of high feasibility.
