林农合作组织发展中结构性矛盾和瓶颈研究——湖南省浏阳、洪江两市案例

摘  要：
集体林权改革后,林农合作似乎成为解决单户林业经营所面临的诸多困难的有效形式,在林农需求和政府支持的双重鼓励下,各种形式的林农合作组织应运而生。然而多样化的林农合作组织在促进林农增收和满足林农需求方面显得能力不足,甚至导致了各种矛盾的产生。通过案例分析了研究区域现存林农合作组织运行的现状和存在的问题,指出林农合作组织发展的瓶颈,并给出相应的建议。

摘  要：
Cooperation of forestry farmers has been seemed as an effective way to solve the difficulties in individual household's forestry management after the implementation of forest tenure reform policy.Many Forestry Farmers' Cooperatives(FFCs) have been developed under the needs of forestry farmers and supports of local government,but it was found that FFCs had their problems for satisfying forestry farmers' needs and increasing forestry development,and a series of conflicts was brought.This article will analyze the bottleneck of FFCs' development and give relative suggestions through the field survey and case analysis.
