摘  要:
壳聚糖及其衍生物因含有氨基和羟基等具有生物活性的功能基团,在动物饲粮中添加后具有调节脂质代谢的功效。本文综述了壳聚糖及其衍生物在动物体内的代谢动力学及其对动物脂质代谢的调节作用,并从其与脂质的结合作用、对胰脂肪酶的抑制作用以及对脂肪细胞因子、脂质代谢相关酶及其基因表达、腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶和脂肪合成转录因子调节作用的角度综述了其可能的调控机制,为深入探讨壳聚糖及其衍生物对动物脂质代谢的影响机制及科学调控脂质代谢提供理论依据。

摘  要:
Chitosan and its derivatives are bioactive groups containing amino and hydroxyl groups,and can be used in animal diets to regulate lipid metabolism. This review summarizes the metabolic kinetics of chitosan and its derivatives and their regulation on lipid metabolism,which involve in lipid binding,the inhibition of pancreatic lipase,as well as the regulation of adipocytokines,the activity of enzymes related to lipid metabolism and their gene expression,adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase activity and transcriptional factors of lipid synthesis,with the aim of providing the oretical basis for exploring the mechanism of chitosan and its derivatives affecting lipid metabolism,and the regulation of lipid metabolism.
