干旱胁迫对金银花幼苗生理指标的影响

摘  要:
为探讨金银花抗旱特性,为进一步研究金银花的抗旱机理及新品种培育和干旱、半干旱地区土地的利用提供理论依据,以金银花金花3号为材料,探讨金银花在自然干旱胁迫条件下丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖及过氧化物酶4个生理指标的变化。结果表明:脯氨酸及可溶性糖含量随着胁迫时间的延长呈上升趋势,丙二醛含量呈先升后降的趋势,胁迫第13~17天低于对照,过氧化物酶活性呈先升后降再升高的趋势,胁迫17d时是对照的2.52倍。自然干旱胁迫前13d对金银花生理指标的影响较小,13d后4个生理指标均发生了不同程度的响应,金花3号抗旱性较好。

摘  要:
In order to explore the drought resisting features of L.japonica,and provide theoretical references for further studying on drought-resistant mechanism,new cultivars breeding and land utilization in arid and semi-arid areas,taking Jinhua 3as the material,the variation of four physiological indexes of L.japonica,including MDA,proline,soluble sugar and POD activity,were studied.Results:Contents of proline and soluble sugar increased and MDA content first increased and then decreased with drought stress time prolonging.MDA content was lower than the control 13~17days after drought stress,and POD activity first increased and then decreased and again increased.POD activity was 2.52 times of the control17 days after drought stress.0~13days of natural drought stress had little influence on physiological indexes of L.japonica.And the four physiological indexes changed in varying degrees 13 days after drought stress,indicating that Jinhua 3had excellent drought resistance.
