基于虚拟样机技术的推车式均匀雾喷雾机设计

摘  要:
利用虚拟样机技术对推车式均匀雾喷雾机进行建模、典型零件和机构优化设计、对喷雾装置运动进行模拟分析。结果表明,采用虚拟样机技术对产品进行仿真分析和结构优化设计,能在较短时间内快速建立产品样机的分析模型,并可实时仿真其运动过程,该技术的应用将大大提高我国农业机械设计水平。

摘  要:
On the basis of the use of Pro/E virtual prototyping technology to model the cart-type even fog sprayer,optimize the design of typical components and mechanisms,analyze and sim-ulate the movement of atomizing device were completed in this paper.The result were shown the analysis model of spray proto-type can be built quickly after the optimization of mechanism design and simulation analysis with the virtual prototyping tech-nology,meanwhile,the movement can be simulated in real-time.So the design level of agricultural machinery can be improved with the application of Pro/E virtual prototyping technology.
