超声波强化有机溶剂提取石榴籽油的工艺优化

摘  要:
为了提高石榴籽油得率,利用超声波及有机溶剂浸提联用技术研究了石榴籽油提取工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验确定了超声波及有机溶剂浸提联用技术提取石榴籽油的较佳工艺条件。结果表明:石榴籽油的较佳提取工艺条件为液料比12mL/g、超声波功率225W、超声波处理时间15min、超声波处理温度50℃。在该条件下石榴籽油得率为23.84%。

摘  要:
For improving the yield of pomegranate seed oil,an extracting technology using ultrasound and organic solvent method for pomegranate seed oil was proposed.On the basis of single-factor experiments,the optimal extracting conditions were studied with the orthogonal experiments.The experimental results showed that the pomegranate seed oil yield is 23.84% on the optimal extracting conditions,which are liquid-solid ratio 12mL/g,ultrasonic power 225W,ultrasonic treatment time 15min and ultrasonic treatment temperature 50℃.
