油酸钠用量及pH对磷矿浮选过程中Zeta电位的影响研究

摘  要:
研究油酸钠的用量及pH变化对磷精矿、磷尾矿、石英、黏土在浮选过程中Zeta电位的影响.结果表明:在碱性体系中,pH>9.39时,黏土表面Zeta电位正电性明显高于其他3种矿物,固体颗粒表面电荷较高,有利于浮选;在油酸钠(浓度为0.015 mol/L)体系下,4种矿物表面的Zeta电位明显增大,固体颗粒容易发生聚集,有利于磷矿的浮选分离,特别是对磷精矿、尾矿、黏土的效果比较好.

摘  要:
The influence of sodium oleate amount and the change of pH on Zeta potential of phosphorus concentrate,phosphorus tailings, quartz and clay are studied. The results show that when pH is larger than 9.39, the Zeta potential of clay is higher than that of the other three minerals, and the surface charge of solid particles is higher,which is conducive to flotation; In the system of sodium oleate with concentrate of 0.015 mol/L,the Zeta potential on the surface of the four minerals is obviously increased,and the solid particles tend to accumulate, which is favorable to the flotation separation of phosphate rock, especially the effect on phosphate concentrate, phosphorus tailings,clay is better.
