压电陶瓷在汽车领域中的应用研究

摘  要:
综述了当前压电陶瓷在汽车的传感、驱动、隔振降噪等领域中的应用,并利用压电陶瓷发电特性,将轮胎行进中的挤压作用作为压电发电的动力来源,设计了一种能用于汽车轮胎压力监测系统(TPMS)的压电发电装置。这种压电发电装置所获得的能量完全能满足TPMS的无源化要求。

摘  要:
This paper reviewed the current applications on piezoelectric ceramic in automobile field.Then making use of power generation characteristics of piezoelectric ceramics and taking the squeezing effect in the process of the tire moving as the power source of piezoelectric power generation,a piezoelectric device for automobile tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS) was designed.The energy obtained from this device sufficiently meets the requirements of TPMS.
