摘  要:
采集湖南某铅锌尾矿周边土壤,通过浓度梯度筛选得到1株耐镉菌株,菌株编号为KYN。经形态观察、生理生化特性及16S rDNA序列和系统发育分析,判断为贪铜菌(Cupriavidus sp.)。对菌株进行电镜形态观察、菌株生长曲线测定,结果表明:在Cd~(2+)浓度为100 mg/L条件下,菌株形态发生了适应性的变化;在Cd~(2+)浓度为250 mg/L条件下,菌株生长受到明显抑制;当250 mg/L

摘  要:
A cadmium-resistant bacterium strain numbered KYN was isolated by gradient concentration method from soil around leadzinc tailings. It was identified as Cupriavidus(Cupriavidus sp.) by morphological observation, biochemical characteristics and 16 SrDNA sequences and phylogenetic analysis. The microbial cell morphology observations(using electronic microscope) and growth curve determinations indicated that some adaptive morphological changes occurred under 100 mg/L cadmium treatment; the growth of the strain was obviously inhibited under 250 mg/L cadmium treatment; and when the cadmium concentration fell in between 250 mg/L and 700 mg/L, the lag phase of the strain was prolonged, but in the stationary phase its OD value was the same as that under 250 mg/L cadmium treatment. The maximum tolerance concentration of the strain to cadmium is 700 mg/L. The strain was tolerant to Pb~(2+) and Zn~(2+), and the growth rate of the strain was obviously inhibited under 500 mg/L plumbum treatment or zinc treatment. With the increase of cadmium concentration, Cd~(2+) adsorption rate decreased following an increase at first, which was up to 19.106 mg/g under 200 mg/L cadmium treatment. It can be concluded that the strain has high tolerance and good adsorption ability to cadmium, presenting great potential for remediation of Cdcontaminated soil and water.
