摘  要:
[目的]建立一种同时测定龙眼中噻菌灵、多效唑、己唑醇农药残留的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)分析方法。[方法]龙眼样品经乙腈匀浆提取,盐析,石墨化炭黑/氨基混合型固相萃取柱净化,乙腈-甲苯(体积比3∶1)洗脱,浓缩液通过毛细管气相色谱柱分离,在三重串联四级杆多反应监测模式下测定。[结果]农药的添加水平在0.02~0.50 mg/kg范围时,3种农药的回收率在75.5%~102.8%之间,相对标准差为1.3%~9.1%;噻菌灵、多效唑、己唑醇的定量限分别为0.02、0.01、0.01 mg/kg。[结论]该方法灵敏、准确,能满足龙眼中噻菌灵、多效唑、己唑醇残留检测的要求。

摘  要:
[Aims]The use of GC-MS/MS method to measure thiabendazole,paclobutrazol and hexaconazole pesticide residues in longan was introduced in this paper.[Methods]The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,and then were induced by sodium chloride.After cleanup on carbon/NH2 column with elution solvents of acetonitrile and toluene(3:1,by vol),the concentrated solution was separated by capillary gas chromatography column.Finally,the samples were determined under multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode.[Results]The average recoveries of three pesticides were75.5-102.8%when the spiked levels were 0.02,0.05,0.10 and 0.50 mg/kg,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)in the range of 1.3-9.1%.The limits of quantitation(LOQ) for thiabendazole,paclobutrazol and hexaconazole were0.02,0.01 and 0.01 mg/kg,respectively.[Conclusions]The method is sensitive,accurate,and satisfied for detection of thiabendazole,paclobutrazol and hexaconazole pesticide residues in longan.
