高效液相色谱法测定黄瓜中烯酰吗啉和腈菌唑农药残留

摘  要:
采用乙腈提取黄瓜中的烯酰吗啉和腈菌唑农药残留,用氟罗里硅土固相萃取小柱进行柱净化,高效液相色谱可变波长紫外检测器(220nm)进行测定,烯酰吗啉和腈菌唑回收率分别为99.71%~105.61%和100.45%~101.80%,变异系数均小于10%,最低检出浓度分别为0.01mg/kg和0.03mg/kg。

摘  要:
The residues of dimethomorph and myclobutanil in cucumber were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up with florsil Solid-Phase Extraction(SPE)column.The analytes were quantitated by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)equipped with Variable Wavelength Detector(VWD)on 220nm wavelength.The average recoveries of dimethomorph and myclobutanil ranged from 99.71% to 105.61% and 100.45% to 101.62%,separately.The relative standard deviations were less than 10%.The limit of detection of dimethomorph and myclobutanil were 0.01 mg/kg and 0.03 mg/kg,respectively.
