一株海洋红酵母(rhodosporidium paludigenum)的营养组分分析

摘  要:
实验对海洋红酵母(沼泽生红冬孢酵母)的基础营养成分、脂肪酸和氨基酸进行了研究和分析。结果发现,沼泽生红冬孢酵母的粗蛋白含量为42.01%,粗脂肪为3.09%,总糖为29.5%,粗灰分为8.59%,水分为5.28%。必需氨基酸含量丰富和组成合理,脂肪酸的主要组分为C18:1、C17:1、C16:0和C18:2,表明该菌株具有用作水产饵料生物的营养价值。但该酵母菌缺少水产动物生长所必需的多不饱和脂肪酸EPA和DHA,用作水产动物单细胞蛋白,尤其是作为幼体饵料使用时,需要添加富含多不饱和脂肪酸的藻类作为补充。

摘  要:
The contents of general nutrients,amino acids and fatty acids compositions of the marine red yeast,R.paludigenum,were analyzed.The contents of crude protein,crude lipid,total sugar,ash and moisture were 42.01%,3.09%,29.5%,8.59% and 5.28%,respectively.Essential amino acids were rich and the composition were reasonable,and the dominant fatty acid of R.paludigenum was C18:1,C17:1,C16:0 and C18:2.The results showed that the strain had an acceptable nutritional value as feed organism for aquaculture animals.However,essential polyunsaturated fatty acids EPA and DHA for aquaculture animals nutrition were absent,if the strain was used as single cell protein and/or larve feed,they needed to be used together with algae.
