那西肽对肉仔鸡生长及饲料消化率的影响

摘  要:
在基础日粮中分别添加0.05%、0.10%、0.20%的那西肽预混剂,进行肉仔鸡饲养试验,研究那西肽对肉仔鸡生长性能及日粮营养消化率的影响。结果显示,添加0.10%那西肽组的肉仔鸡增重比对照提高了22.2%(P<0.05);但各组的料重比差异不显著。干物质表观消化率方面,以添加0.10%那西肽组的最优,提高了8.5%(P<0.05);粗脂肪表观消化率方面,各添加组较对照依次提高了4.7%、6.9%、5.7%,差异显著(P<0.05)。钙、磷表观消化率方面,各添加组都比对照有所提高,其中添加0.10%那西肽组的分别比对照提高了6.7%和5.9%,差异显著(P<0.05)。添加0.10%和添加0.20%那西肽组的十二指肠脂肪酶和胰脂肪酶活性与对照差异极显著(P<0.01),分别比对照提高了28.9%、20.3%和87.2%、28.8%。表明那西肽提高饲料消化率、促进肉仔鸡生长具有一定的剂量依赖效应。

摘  要:
In order to explore the mechanism by which Nosiheptide increased the growth of broilers, this trail was designed to investigate the effect of Nosiheptide on growth and digestibility of broilers.The result showed that the Nosiheptide gained the growth of broilers significantly, but the ratio of gain ratio (F/G) was non-significant.It also could improve the feed digestibility of broilers.The levels of 0.10% has significant influence on apparent digestibility of feed gross energy, and the crude fat was also significant higher than the control group, but the crude protein was non-significant among the experimental groups.There were also significant differences found in both calcium and phosphate between control group and experimental groups (P<0.05).The duodenale and pancreas lipase of groups 0.10% and 0.20% were significant higher than that of the control groups.The results suggested that the reason of growth restrain of broilers caused by Nosiheptide might be related to the activity of duodenale and pancreas lipase and then impaired the absorption function of intestine, and the effect was depended on the dose of Nosiheptide.
