波德代和陶赛特杂种一代羔羊肉营养成分分析

摘  要:
对波德代杂交一代、陶赛特杂交一代肉用杂种羔羊肉和土种羔羊肉的营养成分进行了分析,结果表明:杂种羔羊肉肌间脂肪含量及Ca、Zn含量显著高于土种羔羊肉;两杂种羔羊肉中氨基酸含量丰富,总量均高于土种羔羊肉;杂种羔羊肉中组氨酸、赖氨酸含量达到了理想比例,而土种羔羊肉中仅组氨酸达到理想比例。

摘  要:
Nutrient composition of mutton was determined on crossbreed offspring of Borderdale and Poll dorset and local lambs. The results indicated that fat content of crossbreed lambs was higher than that of local lamb. Crossbred lambs were rich in zinc, calcium and amino acids and the total amount of amino acids showed higher than that of local lambs. The content of lisine and histidine in essential amino acids satisfied the ideal ratio in protein in the crossbreed lambs; however, only the content of histidine satisfied the ratio in the local lambs.
