节水农业决策支持系统的功能与需求分析

摘要：

对节水技术的区域特点及其实施现状的分析表明:节水农业决策支持系统是一个基于模型的、非空间的信息管理系统,而不是一个可以进行节水技术内插运算、等值分析的地理信息系统;其功能主要是为农户、政府或者管理者、科技工作者3类需求主体提供节水技术应用、实施与研究的辅助决策服务;该系统具有节水技术信息输入、查询、更新、分析、输出等功能．包括输入、输出、数据库、模型库等功能模块,其中数据库和模型库是其最核心的模块。

摘要：

Analysis on studying and actualizing current situation of water-saving technology showed that water-saving agriculture decision support system (WSADSS) was a nonspatial information management system based on models,it was not a geographic information system that could do spatial analysis. WSADSS provided assistant decision service and meeted the needs of application,actualizing and studying about economic-water technology for farmer, government or water supervisors and scientific researchers. Meanwhile,it had functions to import,consult,update,analysis and export economic-water in formations; in order to meet the demands,it included many functional models,such as information importing,consulting, updating, analyzing, exporting, dadabase and modelbase, among them, dadabase and modelbase were core models.
