河南省冰鲜鸡肉与烧鸡中沙门氏菌污染情况调查

摘  要:
通过对河南省市10个城市20家大型超市与20家农贸市场中抽检的200份冰鲜鸡胸肉与冰鲜鸡腿肉进行检测,其中沙门氏菌阳性检出率为10.50%(21/200);郑州市5个区抽检的108份烧鸡制品中沙门氏菌检出率为8.33%(9/108)。MPN法得到的郑州市市售烧鸡肉制品销售环节沙门氏菌初始污染水平为1.865 LogMPN/g。可见,河南省市售冰鲜鸡肉与郑州市售烧鸡中沙门氏菌污染较为严重。

摘  要:
The positive rate of 200 parts of chilled chicken breasts and legs from 20 supermarkets and 20 farmers' markets in Henan was 10.50%(21/200)and 108 parts of roast chicken products from five districts in Zhengzhouwas 8.33%(9/108).Concentration range of pollution in roast chicken was that:The initial Salmonella contaminationlevels was 1.865 ± 0.6513 Log CFU/g in cooked marinated chicken.The sales of chilled chicken in Henan Provinceand Salmonella in Zhengzhou City are more serious.
