辣椒碱酰胺类似物的合成及抑菌活性研究

摘  要:
以香草胺盐酸盐和羧酸为原料,通过酰氯化、胺基化反应,设计合成了13个辣椒碱酰胺类似物,其结构均经1H-NMR谱表征。将所合成的化合物对立枯丝核菌、串珠镰刀菌、腐霉菌P15进行了抑菌活性测试,结果表明,该类化合物具有一定的抑菌活性,有进一步研究的价值。

摘  要:
Thirteen substituted capsaicin amide analogues were designed and synthesized form 4-Hydroxy-3-methoxybenzylamine hydrochloride and carboxylic via acylation and amidogen reactions. All the analogues were confirmed by1H-NMR. The antifungal activity of substituted capsaicin amide analogues were detected on three experimental strains,such as Rhizoctonia solani,Fusarium moniliforme,Pythium P15. The results showed that all the analogues had certain antifungal activity,which could be further research.
