小花棘豆黄酮体外抗氧化作用

摘  要:
通过测定小花棘豆黄酮的抗脂质过氧化活性、还原力、螯合力,以及对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基的清除作用,评价小花棘豆黄酮提取液的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,样品具有较强的抗脂质氧化能力,对菜籽油的抗氧化性的强弱依次为维生素C>样品>维生素E>BHT>空白;对棉籽油的抗氧化性的强弱依次为样品>维生素C>BHT>维生素E>空白;对葵花籽油抗氧化性强弱依次为样品>维生素C>维生素E>BHT>空白;对猪油抗氧化性的强弱依次为BHT>维生素C>样品>维生素E>空白;样品DPPH清除率、超氧阴离子清除率和羟基自由基清除率均强于对照;样品还原力强于维生素E而弱于维生素C;螯合力弱于EDTA。可见,小花棘豆黄酮提取液有作为天然抗氧化剂开发的价值。

摘  要:
Inhibition of lipid oxidation,reducing power,clearance of superoxide anion,hydroxyl radical and DPPH free radical were determined to evaluate the in vitro antioxidative activities of flavonoid extracted from Oxytropis glabra DC.The result showed that flavonoid from Oxytropis glabra DC have fairly strong lipid anti-oxidation ability;the strength of anti-oxidation ability for rape seed oil was in the order : Vitamin C > sample > Vitamin E >BHT>CK;the order for cottonseed oil was: sample > Vitamin C >BHT> Vitamin E >CK;for sunflower oil the order was: sample> Vitamin C > Vitamin E >BHT> CK;for lard the order was: BHT> Vitamin C >sample> Vitamin E > CK;sample has stronger elimination power for DPPH,superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical than the control;the reducing power of the sample is lower than Vitamin C and higher than Vitamin E;chelating ability of the sample is lower than EDTA.The flavonoid from Oxytropis glabra DC could be produced as a natural antioxidant and have a value for development and utilization.
