醋酸棉酚对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在研究醋酸棉酚对蛋鸡生产性能,鸡蛋品质及经冷藏后鸡蛋物理性状的变化。选用健康的42周龄京粉2号商品代蛋鸡360只,随机分为4组,即高、中、低剂量组和对照组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只。高、中、低剂量组和对照组分别在基础日粮中添加醋酸棉酚100、200、400和0 mg/kg,试验期为6周。结果显示:蛋鸡产蛋率随着醋酸棉酚添加量的增加而降低,与对照组比较,高剂量组平均蛋重极显著降低(P<0.01);高剂量组料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);醋酸棉酚添加量对鸡蛋的哈夫单位、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋形指数、蛋黄色泽和蛋黄比重未产生显著影响(P>0.05)。各试验周期鸡蛋经4℃贮存后,煮熟后蛋黄弹性未随着贮存时间的延长而增加。研究表明:醋酸棉酚会导致蛋鸡产蛋率下降;当饲料中醋酸棉酚添加量达400 mg/kg时,蛋鸡料蛋比和平均蛋重下降;醋酸棉酚对蛋品质和冷藏后蛋黄弹性无显著影响。

摘  要:
This research was conducted to investigate the effects of gossypol acetate on production performance and egg quality of laying hens. A total of 360 healthy 42-week-old Beijing pink 2 laying hens were randomly divided into4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 hens per replicates. Laying hens in 4 groups fed the basal diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg(group L),200 mg/kg(group M),400 mg/kg(group H)and 0 mg/kg(group C). The experiment lasted for6 weeks. The results showed as follows:Laying hens laying rate reduced with the increases amount of gossypol acetate,and average egg weight of high dose group was significantly decreased(P<0.01). The feed-egg ratio of high-dose group was significantly decreased(P<0.05). There was no significant effect on egg regular quality(the Haugh unit,eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,egg shape index,yolk color and the proportion of egg yolk)(P>0.05). After storage at 4 ℃for different 2 and 4 weeks,the cooked yolk springiness was not increased with storage time. In conclusion,gossypol acetate will lead to laying rate decreased;when dietary gossypol acetate supplementation reaches 400 mg/kg,the feed-egg ratio of laying hens and average egg weight is decreased;gossypol acetate had no significant effects on egg quality and yolk springiness.
