沟眶象纤维素消化酶的分布及金属离子对其活性的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究金属离子对沟眶象纤维素酶系活性和消化生理的影响。[方法]以酶学分析方法研究了沟眶象消化道纤维素消化酶的分布和Hg2+、Ca2+和K+、Fe2+等7种金属离子对沟眶象肠道纤维素酶活性的影响。[结果]94%Cx酶9、2%C1酶、95.1%-β1,4葡萄糖苷酶存在于沟眶象中肠。在试验浓度范围内(0.1~5.0 mmol/L),处理24 h后,6种金属离子对纤维素酶各组分酶活性具有不同程度的抑制作用,且随浓度的升高而增强,其中Hg2+、Cu2+、Zn2+和Mn2+抑制作用较强,Fe2+对纤维素酶活性有明显的激活作用;处理7 d后,7种金属离子表现较强的抑制作用,在低浓度下Fe2+可使C1酶、-β1,4葡萄糖苷酶活性微弱增强,高浓度表现为抑制作用。[结论]该研究为有效控制沟眶象提供科学依据。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to research the effects of metal ions on the activity of cellulose system and digestive physiology in Eucryporrhynchus chinenis(Olivier).[Method] The effects of the distribution of celluloses in digestive tract of E.chinenis and 7 metal ions of Hg2+,Ca2+,K+ and Fe2+,etc on the cellulose activity in its intestine were researched by enzymatic analysis.[Result] 94% Cx enzyme,92% C1 enzyme and 95.1% β-1,4 glucosidase existed in the midgut of E.chinenis.In the experimental range of concn.(0.1~5.0 mmol/L),after treatment for 24 h,6 metal ions had inhibition effects to different degrees on the activities of various component enzymes of cellulose and the effect increased along with the increase of concn.,among them the inhibition effects of Hg2+,Cu2+,Zn2+ and Mn2+ were stronger and Fe2+ had significant activation effect on cellulose activity. After treatment for 7 d,7 metal ions showed stronger inhibition effect,Fe2+ with low concn.could increase the activities of C1 enzyme and β-1,4 glucosidase a little and its high concn.showed inhibition effect.[Conclusion] The research supplied scientific basis for controlling E.chinenis effectively.
