ISSR技术在草业上应用的研究进展

摘  要:
ISSR标记具有多态性高,DNA用量少且质量要求低、无辐射、技术难度低、操作简单、重复性好、耗时少、成本低等优点。简要阐述了近年ISSR标记在草业上种质鉴定、遗传多样性、亲缘关系、遗传图谱构建和抗性育种标记的应用进展。

摘  要:
ISSR Marker has strongpoint thereinafter:high polymorphic,the quantity of DNA used is few and low request to quality,nonradiative,the technology difficulty is low,simple operation,good repeatability,less time and so on.The paper has briefly explained the application of ISSR Marker in Grass Industry in recent years from several aspects such as,germplasm identification,genetic diversity,genetic relationship,genetic map construction and the application development of resistance breeding marker.
