超临界CO_2萃取天山雪菊工艺研究及成分分析

摘  要:
采用正交试验法优化了超临界CO2萃取天山雪菊的最佳工艺参数,并采用GC-MS的方法分析了雪菊超临界CO2提取物的成分。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取的最佳工艺条件为温度60℃、压力25MPa、时间1h、CO2流速45L/h;在此条件下,提取收率可达11.59%±0.37%。雪菊超临界CO2提取物的GC-MS分析共定性了50个组分,其中含量最高为正二十二醇(20.33%),其次为正三十一烷(10.99%),上述两种成分均为植物蜡质的主要成分。各组分的总含量高低的顺序依次为高级烷烃28.59%、醇27.12%、游离脂肪酸18.98%、醛酮8.71%、烯烃(包括萜烯类)7.74%、酯4.97%、以及少量的萜烯氧化物0.47%。

摘  要:
The extraction technology of Coreopsis tinctoria were determined on the basis of orthogonal experimental by using supercritical CO2 extraction,and the extraction was analyzed by GC-MS method. The yields reached about 11. 59% ± 0. 37% by using the optimed process parameters,which were the extraction temperature 60℃,the extraction pressure 25 Mpa,the CO2 flow rate 45 L /h,and the extraction time 1h. The results of the extraction showed that 50 components were identified by GC-MS,and the highest content was 1-Docosanol,followed by hentriacontane. These two components were the main ingredients of plant waxes. The total content level of each component in order was higher alkanes 28. 59%,alcohols 27. 12%,free fatty acid 18. 98%,aldehydes and ketones 8. 71%,alkenes( including terpenes)7. 74%,esters 4. 97%,and a small amount of terpene oxide 0. 47%.
