摘  要：
将冷冻真空干燥技术和超微细粉体加工技术应用到鹿产品加工工艺中,确定了11种鹿产品的共熔点和LZG-5型冻干机的冻干时序,制定了辽宁省《鹿产品制品》地方标准,研制成富含活性成分的方便人们应用的超微细冻干鹿产品制品。

摘  要：
The vacuum freeze dryer technology and the ultramicro fine dust body processing technology were applied to process the deer product,the common melting point of 11 kinds of deer products and the procedure of LZG-freezing and drying for 5 freeze dryer has been determined.The standard protocol of "Deer Product Product" in Liaoning Province was carried out.The active materials can be used for ultra tiny freezing and drying deer product.
