杜马斯燃烧法和凯氏定氮法在鹿产品氮含量检测中的应用研究

摘  要：
选取梅花鹿鹿茸片、鹿血粉和鹿角盘3份样品以及氯化铵、硫酸铵、磷酸二氢铵和乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)作为实验材料,以EDTA为标准品作标准曲线(相关系数R=0.999 97)。用杜马斯燃烧法和凯氏定氮法测定了各样本中的氮含量,对结果作方差分析,并分析误差来源。结果表明,3份样品和4个化学标准物质的2种方法的测定值间差异不显著(P>0.05)。凯氏定氮法的测定值平均变异系数CV=0.217%,杜马斯燃烧法测定值平均变异系数CV=0.289%,2组数据差异不显著(P=0.862>0.05),大部分样品的凯氏定氮法测定值低于杜马斯燃烧法的测定值。2种方法的测定值比值平均值为K/D=0.990。杜马斯燃烧法和传统的凯氏定氮法测定结果差异不显著,因此,杜马斯燃烧法可以作为鹿产品氮含量的常规检测方法。

摘  要：
The velvet antler,deer blood,deer antler base and 3 standard reference materials( ammonium chloride,ammonium sulfate and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate) were selected as measure and test materials of this dissertation. Nitrogen contents in these samples were investigated by Dumas combustion method with EDTA as the standard material( curve correlation coefficients,R = 0. 999 97). The results determined by Dumas combustion were compared to that of the kjeldahl methods. Meanwhile the sources of errors were analyzed in detail. The results showed that no significant differences( P > 0. 05) were found in the quantitative results of 7 samples. With the Kjeldahl determination,the average coefficient of variation( CV) was 0. 217% and the CV was 0. 289% which produced with the Dumas combustion method,there were no differences between the two groups. The nitrogen content obtained from the samples with Dumas combustion method was higher than those with Kjeldahl method. The average ratio of measured results which obtained by above two methods was 0. 990. It was concluded that Dumas combustion method can be used as a regular method for determination of nitrogen contents in deer products.
