梅插条生根的解剖和生理研究

摘  要:
作者于1985~1986年研究了梅实生苗插条不定根发生和发育的组织解剖特征和生化变化,并对插条的贮藏养分与生根率的关系进行了通径系数分析。结果发现,梅嫩技插条的不定根原基产生于韧皮部薄壁细胞,硬枝插条的不定根原基则由形成层细胞产生。在插条不定根发生和生长中,可溶性糖和淀粉被大量消耗。插条贮藏养分对扦插生根率的相对重要性依次为可溶性糖、总氮、淀粉和 C/N,其中,总氮和淀粉对生根率起负效应。

摘  要:
Anatomical and biochemical studies were made on adventitious root initiation and development process in the cuttings of 2-year-old Mume seedlings during 1985-1986. Path coefficients between nutrient reserves and rooting percentages were analysed Root primordia in Mume arose from phloem parenchyma cells in softwood cuttings and from cambium cells in hardwood cuttings. Large amounts of soluble sugar and starch depleted during the initiation and development of adventitious roots. The relative importances of the nu-trient components affecting root initiation were, in descending order, soluble sugar, total nitrogen, starch and C/N, in which, total nitrogen and starch showed negative effects.
