安徽两个地方鸡品种遗传多样性的微卫星DNA分析

摘  要:
利用29个微卫星DNA标记对两个安徽地方鸡品种进行遗传多样性分析,评估品种内的遗传变异和品种间的遗传分化。在29个微卫星位点共检测到210个等位基因,每个位点的等位基因数从2到21不等,所有位点平均的期望杂合度和PIC值分别为0.6214和0.59。淮南麻黄鸡和皖南三黄鸡29个微卫星位点平均有效等位基因数分别为5.55和6.38,平均基因杂合度为0.6194和0.6442,群体分化系数为4.8%,两个鸡品种间的Reyn-olds遗传距离和Nm分别为0.0513和4.7500。两个安徽地方鸡品种均表现出较高的群体杂合度和丰富的遗传多样性。

摘  要:
Genetic diversity of two Anhui native chicken breeds was evaluated with 29 microstaellite loci,the genetic variability within breeds and genetic differentiation between breeds were estimated.The results showed that in 29 microstaellite loci,the 210 alleles were found,the number of alleles per locus ranged from 2 to 21,the average expected heterozygosity and PIC of all loci were 0.6214 and 0.59 respectively.Mean numbers of effective alleles of Huainan partridge and Wannan three-yellow chicken were 5.55 and 6.38,inbreeding index(FST),Reynolds′ genetic distance and gene flow between two populations were 0.048,0.0513 and 4.7500,respectively,these results indicated that the heterozygosity and the genetic diversity of two Anhui native chicken breeds were very high.
