国家地理标志产品京山桥米的保护分析

摘要：

京山桥米是湖北省第一种国家原产地域产品(即国家地理标志产品)。介绍了全国大米类国家地理标志产品的保护概况;从原产地域范围、质量技术要求、质量标准、地理标志产品专用标志、地理标志商标等方面分析了国家地理标志产品京山桥米的保护现状与存在的问题;建议建立国家质量标准"地理标志产品京山桥米",鼓励地理标志产品保护范围内的生产者使用京山桥米地理标志产品专用标志,以此来提升该地理标志产品的品牌效应。

摘要：

Jingshan Rice is the first national product of designations of origin or geographical indication in Hubei province, as well as the sixth national product of geographical indication of rice in China.In this paper, we introduced its geographical scope of protection, requirements of technical quality, the use of special signs of geographical indication and trademark of geographical indication.We also analyzed the status and main problems of its protection, and put forward some proposals.
