敌敌畏及1株高效降解菌对草莓叶际微生物群落结构的影响

摘  要:
为明确敌敌畏及1株高效降解菌(类球红细菌)对草莓叶际微生物群落结构的影响,采用非培养研究方法(PLFA法)对其进行了研究。结果表明:喷敌敌畏处理第1天PLFA含量显著下降,低于对照和其他处理;第3天PLFA含量显著上升,高于对照与其他处理;第7天PLFA含量与处理当天(0d)无显著差异。喷敌敌畏加类球红细菌处理,第1天和第3天PLFA含量均显著高于对照,第7天PLFA含量与处理当天(0d)无显著差异。PLFA含量主成分分析表明,喷敌敌畏处理与喷敌敌畏后再喷类球红细菌、喷水处理及对照之间均相距较远。敌敌畏对草莓叶际微生物群落结构产生一定的影响,类球红细菌通过降解作用改变敌敌畏的浓度而影响叶际微生物PLFA含量,高浓度的敌敌畏抑制了微生物的生长,使PLFA含量显著降低,而低浓度敌敌畏促进微生物的生长,使PLFA含量显著升高。

摘  要:
Impacts of dichlorvos and one strain of its high efficient degradation bacteria Rhodobacter sphaeroies on microbial community of strawberry phyllosphere were assessed using culture-independent technique of phospholipid fatty acid(PLFA)analysis in this study.The results were that in treatment of dichlorvos spray,total content of PLFA had a significant decrease at the 1st day which lower than control and other treatments,but a significant increase was found at the 3rd day(higher than control and other treatments),total content of PLFA in 7thday had no significant difference with the same day.In treatment of Rhodobacter s.after dichlorvos spray,total content of PLFA in 1st day and 7th day were significantly higher than control,but there was no significant difference between 7th day and the same day.Principal component analysis of PLFA showed that dichlorvos treatment was far from other treatments.All results indicated that dichlorvos had effect on microbial community structure in strawberry phyllosphere,and Rhodobacter s.decreased dichlorvos content by degradation,therefore,affected PLFA content of microbes in strawberry phyllosphere.High concentration of dichlorvos inhibited the growth of microbes,therefore PLFA content significantly decreased,to the contrary,low concentration of dichlorvos promoted the growth of microorganisms,and PLFA content remarkably increased.
