示波极谱法测定谷物中的锌、铁、锰

摘  要:
本文应用示波极谱法测定了谷物中的痕量锌、铁、锰。谷物样品置于马弗炉中550℃~600℃消化4小时,在乙二胺——酒石酸介质中,有一清晰、稳定而灵敏的络合物吸附波峰群。锌、轶、锰的浓度在0.01—1.00μg/ml范围内同峰电流成正比,检出限均低于10ng/ml。回收率高于95%。

摘  要:
This paper described an analysis method of trace Zn, Fe and Mn in cereals by oscilloscope polarography. The samples of cereals were digested with muffle furnace at 550—600℃ for 4 hr. In ethylenedia—mine—tartarate system, a clear, sensitive and stable absorbtion pol—arographic wave peaks of Zn, Fe and Mn were obtained. The peakcu—rrents of wave was proportional to the concehtrations of Zn, Fe, Mn in the range of 0.01—1.00 μg/ml, detection limits of 10 ppb was also obtained. The recovery was over 95%.
