世界主要谷物产量与贸易分析及对中国的启示

摘  要：
运用联合国粮食及农业组织(FAO)数据对世界主要谷物的产量与进出口贸易进行分析,通过对比认为玉米、小麦的产区和贸易区都很稳定成熟,大麦、高粱和燕麦略有变动,但总体而言中国对于谷物的进口量庞大,建议提高和稳定产量,并促进贸易发展,从国内生产和外贸两个层面满足中国谷物需求。

摘  要：
Using the FAO data to analyze the production and import and export of the world's major cereals, by comparison the authors thought that the producing and trade areas of maize and wheat were stable and mature, and there were some changes of barley, sorghum and oats. But in general, China's imports of cereals were huge, it was suggested to increase and stabilize output and to promote trade development to meet China's cereals demand from both domestic production and foreign trade.
