巴旦杏组织培养快速繁殖技术研究

摘  要:
采用水培芽作为组织培养的外植体材料,并获得具根、茎、叶完整的巴旦杏试管苗,其中增殖培养接种在MS+6-BA1.0 mg+NAA 0.01 mg/L的培养基上,增殖倍数3倍左右。不定芽的生根培养接种在MS+IBA0.3~0.5 mg/L培养基上,或用100 mg/kg的生长素IBAI、AA侵泡不定芽基部,接种在不加激素的培养基上,两种生根培养法,生根率均达95%以上。

摘  要:
In this experiment,the water culture buds were used as explant material of tissue culture and had got the test tube seedlings of Almond with whole roots,shoots and leaves.The incubated culture medium for the regeneration culture is MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L.The result showed the multiplied rates could be increased by 3 times.The incubated culture medium for the root culture of adventitious buds was MS+IBA 0.3~0.5 mg/L or added IBA 100 mg/kg.Two methods of rooting culture and rooting rates reached over 95% after the base of adventitious buds were soaked in IAA which was incubated in the culture medium without hormone.
