正交试验优选褐藻糖胶的提取工艺

摘  要:
采用正交试验法优选羊栖菜褐藻糖胶的提取工艺,以褐藻糖胶的收率为考察指标,研究提取温度、酸浓度和提取时间对其产生的影响。结果表明影响收率因素依次为:提取温度>酸浓度>提取时间,优选提取工艺为提取温度为50℃,酸浓度为2 mol/L,提取时间为3 h。并且对样品进行了理化性质的分析,包括单糖组成、分子量和红外图谱。该方法操作简便,得到分子量范围为7 100~133 800 Da的褐藻糖胶,收率最高为8.9%,单糖组成稳定,硫酸根含量高。

摘  要:
The effect of extraction temperature, time and concentration of acid on the yield of fucoidan from Sargassum fusiform was investigated using orthogonal experiment design. The result showed the influence by the parameters decreased in the order of: extraction temperature>concentration of acid>extraction time. The optimum conditions of extraction were determined as follows: extraction temperature 50 ℃, acid concentration 2 mol/L, extraction time 3 hours. And the sample has carried on the analysis of the physical and chemical properties, including the monosaccharide composition, molecular weight, infrared spectrum. This process was convenient and high in yield(8.9%). The product had the typical characteristics of fucoidan with the molecular weight range from 7 100 Da to 133 800 Da, stable monosaccharide composition and high sulfate content.
