稀土元素对隐甲藻生长和产DHA的影响

摘  要:
利用稀土元素对隐甲藻的生长和产DHA的影响进行研究。结果表明:低浓度时,La3+、Nd3+对隐甲藻的生物量和DHA产量均有显著提高,细胞增大;Ce3+提高了脂质DHA含量;Sm3+影响不大;高浓度时均抑制生长和DHA合成。La3+、Ce3+配合使用明显提高DHA产量,培养基中添加Ce3+、La3+分别为6mg/L和24mg/L时,可使DHA含量达到(1194.17±1.09)mg/L,提高了33.35%±0.09%。

摘  要:
Effects of rare earth elements on growth and DHA production of Crypthecodinium.cohnii were studied.Results showed that in low concentration,La3+,Nd3+obviously improved biomass and DHA yield,cells became bigger,Ce3+increased content of DHA in lipids,Sm3+ had little impact.But they all inhibited the growth and DHA yield in higher concentration.The combination of La3+and Ce3+ could increase DHA yield evidently.The maximum DHA yield of (1194.17±1.09)mg/L was observed with 6mg/L Ce3+ and 24mg/L La3+,increased by 33.35%±0.09%.
