焙烧富集分离-分光光度法测定植物样品中氯含量

摘  要:
[目的]测定植物样品中氯含量。[方法]应用焙烧富集分离-分光光度法测定植物样品中氯含量。[结果]在选定的试验条件下,方法检出限为6.0μg/g,方法相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)小于6.00%。对国家标准物质进行测定,获得了较为满意的测定结果。[结论]该方法简单快速,测定结果稳定可靠,适合大批量植物样品中氯含量的测定。

摘  要:
[Objective] To determine chlorine content in plant sample. [Method]A method for the determination of chlorine content in plant sample by roasting enrichment separation-spectrophotometric method was studied. [Result]Under the optimum conditions,the detection limit was found to be 6. 0 μg/g and the relative standard deviation( RSD,n = 12) was less than 6. 00%. National standard substances were determined,and got a relatively satisfactory determination result. [Conclusion] The method is simple,rapid,stable and reliable,which is suitable for the determination of chlorine content in plant sample in bulk.
