摘  要:
目的:观察维生素B_2(VitB_2)和维生素B_6(VitB_6)补充对高尿酸血症大鼠血尿酸水平的影响,并探讨可能的机制。方法:雄性SD大鼠72只,随机分为空白对照组(C组)、氧嗪酸钾模型组(HU组)、阳性对照组(AL组,别嘌呤醇20 mg/kg·BW)、维生素B_2组(B_2组,VitB_21.18 mg/kg·BW)、维生素B_6组(B_6组,VitB_623.73 mg/kg·BW)、维生素B_2+B_6组(BB组,1.18 mg/kg·BW VitB_2+23.73 mg/kg·BW VitB_6)。C组普通饲料喂养;其他各组大鼠利用酵母饲料+氧嗪酸钾灌胃建模。干预持续16w,并动态监测SUA。16w后,检测SUA、Urea、SCr,肝脏ADA和XOD活性,观察肾脏病理切片。分析VitB_2、VitB_6对SUA、XOD、ADA的交互作用。结果:干预16w末,HU组、B_2组、B_6组、BB组大鼠SUA水平与C组相比均明显升高(P值均<0.05)。与HU组相比,大鼠SUA、Urea、SCr水平在B_2组、B_6组、BB组显著降低(P值均<0.05);AL组、B_2组、B_6组、BB组肝脏XOD活性明显降低(P值均<0.05);AL组、B_2组、B_6组肝脏ADA活性显著降低(P值均<0.05)。析因设计分析显示,VitB_2和VitB_6无交互作用。肾脏病理结果显示,HU组、B_2组、BB组存在不同程度的炎性细胞浸润。结论:维生素B_2、B_6可在一定程度上降低高尿酸血症大鼠的尿酸水平。

摘  要:
【Objective】To observe the effect of VitB_2( B_2) and VitB_6( B_6) on serum uric acid level in hyperuricemia rats,and explore the possible mechanism. 【Method】A total of 72 male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups including the control group( C group),the model group( HU group),the positive control group( AL group,20 mg/kg·BW allopurinol),the vitamin B_2 group( B_2 group,1. 18 mg/kg·BW VitB_2),the vitamin VitB_6 group( B_6 group,23. 73 mg/kg·BW VitB_6) and the VitB_2+ VitB_6 group( BB group,1. 18 mg/kg·BW VitB_2+ 23. 73 mg/kg·BW VitB_6). The group C was fed with normal feed,and the other groups were fed with yeast feed and oteracil potassium by gavage. The intervention lasted 16 weeks and SUA was monitored dynamically. After 16 weeks,SUA,serum urea,SCr,activity of adenosine deaminase( ADA) and xanthine oxidase( XOD) in the liver homogenate were detected,and pathological histology of the kidney was observed,and the interaction effect between VitB_2 and VitB_6 were analyzed. 【Result】After 16 weeks,the SUA levels in HU group,B_2 group,B_6 group and BB group increased significantly compared with group C( P < 0. 05). Compared with the HU group,the levels of SUA,Urea and SCr in the group B_2,group B_6 and group BB were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05). The activity of XOD in liver homogenate of AL group,B_2 group,B_6 group and BB group were decreased( P < 0. 05). The activity of ADA in AL group,B_2 group and B_6 group were decreased( P <0. 05). There was no indication of interaction between VitB_2 and VitB_6 in 2 × 2 factorial analysis. The pathological section showed that there were different levels of inflammatory cell infiltration in the HU group,the B_2 group,and the BB group. 【Conclusion】 Vitamin B_2 and vitamin B_6 could reduce the SUA level in rats with hyperuricemia.
